Oxygen-free (OFHC) copper pipe, also known as oxygen-free copper seamless pipe, refers to a high-purity copper pipe that effectively removes trace impurities contained in copper during the smelting process of copper through a specific production process, so that the purity of copper reaches more than 99.95%, and also contains copper pipes with extremely low oxygen content, which is favored in metal materials for its high purity, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and wide range of uses. It is mainly used in many fields such as power transmission, electronic equipment manufacturing, thermal equipment, chemical industry and construction.
It has passed the ISO9001, 14001, 45001 system certification, as well as the American standard ASTM B 280, the Japanese standard JIS H 3300, the Australian standard AS 1571 and the European Union PED 4.3 and other product certifications.
High strength: C1940 copper tube has high tensile strength and yield strength, which is suitable for manufacturing parts that require pressure resistance and deformation resistance;
Cost-effective: C1940 copper tube is cost-effective, easy to process and connect, can save materials and total costs, compared with the conventional TP2 material copper tube wall thickness reduction of more than 40%;
Good plasticity: C1940 copper pipe has good cold working performance, easy to bend and process, and is suitable for CO2 refrigerant air conditioning pipelines.
