Our company produces high conductivity and easy-cutting C14500 alloy, which is extruded by a 3250-ton large tonnage press to achieve uniform structure, stable product performance, and excellent surface quality. It has excellent cutting performance, arc resistance, and corrosion resistance. The conductivity ranges from 85-94%IACS. It is mainly used in new energy vehicle charging connectors, plasma cutting nozzles, communication connector components, etc.
Tellurium Copper Rod has good thermal conductivity, as well as characteristics such as resistance to welding, arc resistance, etc., which can effectively reduce material burnout.
The cutting performance of C14500 can reach 85% of C3600, and it is not easy to stick to the tool during turning, making the processing efficiency 1-2 times higher than that of brass.
