Jintian cooperates with many famous scientific research institutions, such as Beijing General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals, Central South University and Zhejiang University, and aims to establish a comprehensive R&D system, which integrates science and industrial application.

Jintian Copper has comprehensively implemented lean management: from production, to quality control and equipment management. Jintian has invited number of senior experts & consultants from the world top 500 enterprises and from domestic first-class consulting institutions to improve lean manufacturing. "Full participation of all employees, Continuous improvement" is Jintian management concept. Our company has effectively reduced production costs and improved efficiency, which has enabled us to establish an industry leading position in terms of product quality, production cost, labor efficiency and added value. Jintian has created a Lean Innovation System with its own "Jintian" characteristics.

Intelligent manufacturing has been an essential factor in the transformation and upgrading of Jintian Copper. In 2017, Jintian established an Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute. We cooperate with famous domestic & international intelligent manufacturing service companies, such as SAP, Honeywell, Xiyi and Hand. Through the three concepts of "Lean, Automated and Intelligent", Jintian pushes forward the construction of digital plants with the goal of creating a fully unmanned factory.
