Wires, cables, electronic components, connectors and other electrical equipment, LCD displays, solar cells, heat exchangers, cooling systems, solar cells, wind turbine generators.
Electricity conductivity: The conductivity value is about 100% IACS, which is much higher than other types of copper alloys, even higher than annealed copper.
Corrosion resistance: The absence of oxygen in the alloy eliminates the formation of copper oxide, a common cause of corrosion.
Thermal conductivity: Thermal conductivity is about 401 W/mK, which is higher than other types of copper alloys.
Density: 8.9 g/cm3
Melting point: 1083°C
Compactibility: It can be easily formed into different shapes without cracking or breaking.
Machinability: It can be easily cut, drilled and machined using conventional machine tools.
Weldability: It can be easily welded using various methods such as TIG, MIG and spot welding.
Solderability: It can be easily welded with low melting point alloys
Anodizing: Cu-OFE cannot be anodized
